This patient wanted a better shape and a nicer butt without the scars of a tummy tuck. We performed lipo360 with a BBL under ultrasound guidance to avoid a fat embolism. We performed j plasma (Renuvion®) skin tightening at the same time to get the skin to retract. These pictures were only at 3 months before j plasma has completed its effect.
