This patient was a massive weight loss patient and a very impressive story. She became a fitness model and competes regularly. She had a tummy tuck done poorly elsewhere and wanted it revised. She had a particular type of bathing suit she wears for competitions that she wanted to hide the scars in. We performed a circumferential body lift and lateral thight lift to recruit the skin to change the vector of her old tummy tuck scar.
