This patient was insecure with how she looked. She had tuberous breasts which can be quite challenging. We performed an abdominoplasty with subglandular breast augmentation 350 cc moderate plus silicone. We performed a small crescent lift at the same time to camouflage the asymmetry of her breasts from her tuberous shape.
