This patient had a tummy tuck done elsewhere. She hated the sides. The Spanish patients call them "cheechos". She did not have enough loose skin to redo the tummy tuck, so we modified her tummy tuck into an Ultimate tummy tuck™. We did not redo her front scar or her belly button. We did liposuction as well and just by modifying her tummy tuck her butt even looked better. We have many patient who present like this.
